ADI’s Information Integrity Services team delivers value when knowledge and judgment are as important as cost.  Our people are experienced and ready for the specific needs of each project.  Using current technology, we meet clients’ short- and long-term information integrity objectives. 

When our IIS team helps assure information integrity for clients, the work involves more than verifying data fields without any context.  It entails understanding your information – its purpose and use, its sources, and how and why it is valuable to you.  ADI helps clients meet information integrity challenges with intelligence and solutions that increase value.

In recent months, our IIS team has reviewed hundreds of thousands of loan files and other customer records for compliance, quality control, and other assurance needs.  Our team collects, organizes, analyzes, and reports on information, as each client’s needs dictate.

	We verify or correct HMDA data, whether all or a sample of records, to ensure that your report is complete and accurate
	We review loan files to assure you of compliance with flood insurance, Truth in Lending, and other regulations
