ADI Consulting
was formed in 2002 to offer clients an array of consulting and
execution services in three areas:
ADI is a team of
consultants who are based in Fairfax, Virginia, just outside of
Washington, D.C. In addition, we have an array of affiliated
consultants who live throughout the United States and who
provide very specialized expertise on discrete engagements.
Our Compliance Services group provides comprehensive regulatory
compliance expertise to financial institutions. Core consulting
areas include Fair Lending; Anti-Money Laundering and Bank
Secrecy Act; and Investment Products and Services. In all areas,
we assess our client’s situation, design the appropriate
solution for that situation, and implement the solution. Our
Compliance Services clients range from top-five bank holding
companies to community banks; from very large mortgage companies
to individual mortgage brokers; and from bank-affiliated
investment businesses to independent broker-dealers and
investment advisors.
Through our Risk Management Services, we help clients identify
risks, determine the likelihood and impact of potential risk
events, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement those
strategies. In addition, we design risk management programs,
which our clients then manage. We have a wide range of expertise
to apply to our clients’ needs. Our experts include internal
auditors, statisticians, lawyers, former bank regulators,
information technology experts, and others. Our clients for
these services include financial institutions and governments.
Person to Person Quality is the brand name for our Service
Quality Research and Consulting Services. We help financial
institutions, insurers, and clients in several other industries
understand and monitor customer satisfaction, service quality,
and performance improvement. Most of our clients are based in
the Mid-Atlantic area, near Washington, D.C. In addition to
meeting the diverse needs of individual clients, we conduct
syndicated research. As an example, Person to Person Quality
conducts an annual Banking Study for Greater Washington, D.C.
