Due Diligence and Support Services – ADI designs due diligence and data verification processes, as well as individual databases and related tools to ensure quality and data integrity. ADI can present its team of auditors and experts at any location to collect and examine portfolio data, as well as deliver the analytical tools needed to organize and evaluate loan portfolios or other assets.  We assist in confirming and validating specific information on portfolio assets.  We collect and organize data from files or a third-party source, create the asset inventory database, provide support for asset sales, develop quality and information controls.    

Performance Audits – ADI has a deliberate and thorough process for conducting performance audits of many types.  The process entails careful identification of appropriate metrics, establishing internal benchmarks and standards, and comparing clients’ to external models of high performance among comparable agencies or organizations.  The types of performance audits we conduct involve quality improvement, business processes, and many others.  The product is a thorough and independent assessment of our client’s organization or program, with specific recommendations for improvement, and assistance in implementing those recommendations.       

Mystery Shopping Services – ADI conducts mystery shops throughout the country and for a wide range of clients.  We accomplish these research objectives by designing customized mystery shopping programs.  Programs with more complicated shop designs entail multiple steps and often more than one means of contacting the shopped organization.  In these shops, we obtain large amounts of detailed information on the shopper’s experiences.   Simpler shop designs generally include only one step, and they re-enact straight-forward contacts with the organization.  The information collected through these programs is simple and direct.  Regardless of the type of program, however, we provide reports that are easy for clients to use.  We provide online access to reports and to a wide range of value added benefits.

Survey Services – ADI conducts surveys for clients through in-person, telephone, mail, and online interviews.  ADI leads all aspects of the research.  We have particular expertise in three types of surveys – (1) compliance; (2) customers or users of an organization’s products or services; and (3) open-ended questions and where the objective is increased qualitative understanding.  More specifically, we offer expert consultation, assistance, and reporting with all aspects of survey research.  We assist with or perform all phases of the survey process – i.e., design, methodology, analysis, and reporting – using graphs, charts, and tables.  ADI always discusses with management the results of the survey, as well as the recommendations and follow up actions.                    

Consulting Services – ADI assists clients in assessing organizations, groups, programs, and systems; designs strategic or tactical plans that provide solutions to client problems; and works with its clients to implement those solutions, often under relatively high stress conditions.  ADI has particular consulting expertise in risk management, compliance with federal laws and regulations, and in processing significant volumes of applications or records.

Training Services – ADI develops and delivers a wide range of training services, with particular expertise in compliance with federal laws and regulations, including training needs analyses; course design; testing; and course administration.  ADI delivers training solutions online, in print, and in classroom settings.
